(LibyaNN)- Breaking News....Armed military group struggled to enter the NOC headquarters in Tripoli today as forces repelled.
The Interior Ministry said that the protection team in the capital had tackled the armed group's attack on the NOC as they were authorized to use the force needed and to make arrests of the perpetrators.
The bureau did not name the forces that attempted the attack.
The NOC added that the Petroleum Facilities Guard's unit charged to guard the NOC building was surprised by the arrival of armed vehicles attempting to break into the building's outer barrier.
